Business terms

Terms of service

The rules and boundaries that apply when you use this website or purchase a Narcissism Survivor Guide offer.

Effective September 14, 2026.

Agreement

By using this website, joining the email list, or purchasing an offer, you agree to these terms, the refund and cancellation policy, and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

Eligibility

These services are for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for deciding whether an offer fits your circumstances and for obtaining qualified clinical, legal, financial, or safety help when needed.

What we provide

Narcissism Survivor Guide provides founder-led education, structured reflection, coaching, accountability, and peer support. Current offer descriptions, prices, access periods, and delivery dates appear on the Offers and Delivery page and at checkout.

Founding-curriculum examples and later workshop topics may change in response to participant feedback. Material changes to a paid offer's promised price, delivery schedule, access period, or support amount will be communicated to affected customers.

Not therapy or emergency support

The website, course, community, workshops, and coaching are not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, legal advice, emergency support, domestic-violence response, or individualized safety planning. Coach Cole does not diagnose people discussed by participants. No specific personal, emotional, legal, safety, relationship, or financial outcome is promised.

If you are in immediate danger or facing a crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. Do not wait for a response from this business or community.

Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The community is a monthly membership billed through Skool until the member cancels. The price, renewal schedule, and terms shown at checkout control. Payment processing and community access are also subject to Skool's terms and those of its payment providers.

Community participation and privacy

Participants must protect other members' privacy, discuss observable behavior rather than diagnose people, and avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, solicitation, or sharing another person's private information. Do not record, copy, or distribute private sessions, community posts, member names, or member stories without clear written permission.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, or meet legal or platform requirements. Because participants control their own conduct, we cannot guarantee that another member will keep information confidential. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing.

Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, recordings, branding, and original teaching content are owned by Narcissism Survivor Guide or used with permission. A purchase gives the customer a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the materials during the stated access period. Customers may not resell, publish, upload, teach from, or distribute the materials.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate purchase and contact information.
  • Keep login and meeting links private.
  • Attend or reschedule private appointments under the published cancellation terms.
  • Use the service lawfully and without harming others.
  • Make personal decisions independently and seek qualified help when appropriate.

Availability and changes

We may make reasonable changes to improve materials, scheduling, or delivery. We may also interrupt access for maintenance, security, or events outside our reasonable control. If we cannot deliver a material paid component, the remedies in the refund policy apply.

Contact and updates

Questions about these terms may be sent to maxwell@narcissismsurvivorguide.com. We may update these terms for future use of the site or future purchases. Material changes affecting an existing paid offer will be communicated to affected customers.

Questions about an offer, payment, or policy should be sent before purchase so expectations can be resolved in writing.
