This private, founder-led community supports adults who are still involved with a toxic person, preparing to leave, or navigating no contact or necessary contact. The goal is to help members steady the moment, set a practical contact plan, and take their next step with dignity.

Community questions are reviewed on business days. The community is not monitored continuously and does not include crisis response or unlimited private messaging. Participant discussion may be edited or omitted from replays to protect privacy.

They do not guarantee healing, a specific relationship outcome, or that a customer will maintain no contact.
