Customer policy

Refunds and cancellations

Clear terms for digital access, live events, and private coaching.

Effective September 14, 2026.

How to cancel the monthly community membership

Cancel the membership through your Skool account before the next renewal date to stop future monthly charges. Access continues according to the cancellation and access details shown by Skool.

You may also email maxwell@narcissismsurvivorguide.com from the email address used to join if you need help locating the cancellation controls. Include your name and the email used for Skool. We aim to acknowledge customer-service emails within two business days.

Refund requests

The membership provides immediate digital access. Refund requests are reviewed under the terms shown at Skool checkout, Skool's controlling payment terms, and applicable law. Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

If Narcissism Survivor Guide cannot deliver a material paid component, we will offer a reasonable replacement, extension, or other remedy based on the affected component and the controlling platform terms.

Included Roadblock Call

The membership includes one 30-minute Roadblock Call during the member's first 30 days. The call may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. A missed call or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start may count as delivered.

No returns or shipping

These are digital services. No physical products are sold, returned, or shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If a payment platform's mandatory terms or applicable law provide greater protection, those terms control.
