Information we may collect
- Contact information you submit, such as your name and email address
- Purchase, product-access, and transaction information
- Scheduling information and responses you submit for coaching
- Emails, support requests, feedback, and community content you choose to share
- Basic website and platform information such as browser, device, pages viewed, and security logs when provided by our service providers
Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored directly by Narcissism Survivor Guide.
How we use information
- Provide the email invitation, products, coaching, community, and support you request
- Process purchases, provide receipts, and manage access
- Schedule calls and communicate delivery changes
- Respond to questions, feedback, refund requests, and disputes
- Improve the program using aggregated or de-identified feedback where practical
- Protect customers, prevent misuse, and meet legal or platform obligations
Email choices
If you join the email list, we may send challenge information, preparation material, and relevant offers. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us to stop marketing messages. We may still send necessary purchase, access, scheduling, policy, or customer-service messages.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the business. These may include Cloudflare for website hosting, Skool for membership and community access, Substack for optional newsletter subscriptions, payment processors, scheduling, video meetings, and analytics or security services. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help deliver the service, when you direct us to do so, to protect rights or safety, or when required by law.
Sensitive information and community privacy
Relationship experiences can be sensitive. Share only what is reasonably needed for the support you request. Do not post another person's private identifiers, records, or contact information. Community members are required to protect privacy, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information we control, or ask a privacy question, by emailing maxwell@narcissismsurvivorguide.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained when required for payment, fraud prevention, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
Children
The site and services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer these services to children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date will be updated on this page. Material changes affecting current customers will be communicated when appropriate.
